Plan Ahead and Avoid Spoilers!

In one month I’ll be back in Orlando! I’m so excited for this trip. I’ll be able to visit Epic Universe for the first time EVER. I have been dodging spoilers left and right and so far, it’s been successful 👀. I’ve gone so far to delete messages that people have tried sending that contain spoilers LOL.

When it comes to planning a trip, especially one that contains elements you’re unfamiliar about, it’s important to research as much as possible. For this trip, I’ll be visiting a brand new park that I only know so much about (I’ve taken the spoiler avoidance to the next level by even hiding queue previews on my socials!). For Epic, I have one day there and I obviously want to try to maximize my budget, time, and travel there. So, I am putting my method to the test to see if it will actually work in a brand new park that I have never visited.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

  1. I’ve been researching the daily wait times of the rides and have determined that Battle at the Ministry (BATM) is the ultimate battle I will face in September 🪄🤺
  2. I’ve favorited all the rides, shows, and restaurants I would like to visit during my time there to make sure I stay organized 📋
  3. I have studied the map of the park, its portal areas, and the quickest routes to some of the most popular attractions! 🎢
  4. I have read SPOILER FREE guides from fellow Universal fans that describe their experiences and recommendations. I feel more confident when I see people have success with a similar method to me 🙌🏻
  5. I planned my outfit – I ordered this awesome shirt from Fandom Corner, “In My Epic Era” (ode to Swifties!). Use code BRIDGET15 for 15% off your entire order! 💕
  6. I have plans to queue up at the park early to take advantage of early park entry! I’m hoping this will get me on BATM right away 🤞🏻 (I’m staying on property to have this perk!)
  7. I am getting an express pass. Yes, I know…they’re crazy expensive. I wish that I wouldn’t need one, but with one day there, I’m hoping I can get everything on my list done! 🏁

I’m excited to challenge myself and see how much I can accomplish while I’m there! I’ll definitely be providing reviews and writing about my experience there.

Stay tuned!
