Universal Studios Priority List 🎬

Smart stops. Strong snacks. Magical moments.

🎢 Priority Rides – Do These First
These rides are popular and get long lines quickly — knock them out early in the day.

Escape from Gringotts (Diagon Alley): A must-do with an incredible queue. Head here as soon as the park opens.
Revenge of the Mummy (New York): An intense indoor coaster that’s a favorite among thrill seekers.
Rip Ride Rockit (New York): Fast, fun, and closing August 18th — ride it while you still can.
Transformers: The Ride 3D (New York): High-energy action with impressive effects.
Men in Black: Alien Attack (World Expo): Competitive, fun, and re-rideable. Hit the red button when prompted!

🧙‍♂️ Diagon Alley (The Wizarding World of Harry Potter)
Start your day here — the theming is top-tier and crowds build quickly.

After Escape from Gringotts, grab a Butterbeer from The Hopping Pot — it usually has a shorter line than the Leaky Cauldron.
Catch The Tales of Beedle the Bard — a quick, charming live show nearby.
On your way out, stop by Grimmauld Place and knock on the door — you might get a surprise.

🌉 San Francisco
Walk past Fast & Furious: Supercharged. You’re not missing anything here.

đź—˝ New York
Grab a slice at Louie’s Pizza — classic park pizza. Ask for red pepper and parmesan.
Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon is a fun midday option if you’re nearby.
Revenge of the Mummy is right here — if you didn’t do it early, swing back when the wait’s manageable.
Transformers: The Ride 3D is nearby and worth checking out if you enjoy motion-based rides.
Rip Ride Rockit looms above — not for the faint of heart, but great if you're up for a thrill.

🎥 Hollywood
E.T. Adventure is a nostalgic gem — simple, weird, and wonderful. Don’t skip it, and make sure to give your name.

🧚 DreamWorks Land (New!)
Still on my must-see list, but early impressions are great.
Say hi to Shrek and friends at the Swamp for photos and character interactions.
Try a Shrekzel or an Ogre Pop — fun, themed snacks that taste better than expected.
The Trollercoaster is a kid-friendly coaster that looks like a blast.
Imagination Celebration is bright, interactive, and designed to entertain all ages.

🍩 Springfield (Home of the Simpsons)
The Simpsons Ride is chaotic, loud, and hilarious — best saved for later in the day.
Grab a Big Pink donut from Lard Lad Donuts — massive, tasty, and very Instagrammable.
Hungry? Bumblebee Man’s Taco Truck serves up quick, flavorful tacos.

đź‘˝ World Expo
Men in Black: Alien Attack is the big draw here. Compete for the top score, and hit the red button!
Nothing else major in this area, so ride and move on.

🍌 Minion Land
Gets busy fast — unless you’re with kids, save it for the afternoon.

Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem is fun but usually has a long wait.
Villain-Con Minion Blast is a great indoor break with solid interactive fun.
Stop at Minion Café for a unicorn cupcake — it’s a sweet treat and a great cooldown spot.

đźš‚ Park Hopping Tip
Planning to hop to Islands of Adventure?
Take the Hogwarts Express from King’s Cross Station — it’s immersive, relaxing, and a much better option than walking through CityWalk again.
